Are Wingly flights legal?

Are Wingly flights legal?

Flightsharing is regulated and legal in Europe. The European AIR OPS regulation N ° 965/2012 on flight-sharing allows pilots to share flights with passengers, however, they are not allowed to make a profit. The legislation on flight sharing in the United Kingdom remains consistent with that of the European Union. Here, you'll find the legislation pertaining to flight sharing in the UK: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/eur/2012/965/contents

A recent letter from the Chair of the CAA also confirms the legality of cost-shared flights. Please find additional guidance here.
