Are Wingly flights legal?
Flightsharing is regulated and legal in Europe. The European AIR OPS regulation N ° 965/2012 on flight-sharing allows pilots to share flights with passengers, however, they are not allowed to make a profit. The legislation on flight sharing in the United Kingdom remains consistent with that of the European Union.
