Cancellation Terms for a Booking Request

Cancellation Policy for a Booking Request

You have the option to cancel your booking request before a pilot answers it.

Procedure to Cancel a Booking Request
  1. Log in to your profile and go to "My Reservations" to click on the relevant reservation and access the "Cancel Booking Request" button.
  2. Then, write a message to the pilot informing them of your reasons for cancellation.

You will be refunded as follows:

Payment by gift card only
The gift card will be automatically credited with the total amount and, if necessary, extended to guarantee at least 6 months of additional validity.

Payment by PayPal or credit card
A credit in the form of a gift card, valid for one year (with the possibility of extension in 6-month increments), will be immediately added to your Wingly account. This credit can be used for a new reservation. You will be able to view and manage this gift card in your profile under the “My Gift Cards” tab.

Combined payment (gift card + PayPal or credit card)
The gift card used will be credited with the corresponding amount and, if necessary, extended to ensure at least 6 months of additional validity. Additionally, a credit equivalent to the amount paid via PayPal or credit card will be issued in the form of a gift card (valid for one year and extendable). Both gift cards can be used together for your next reservation.

Gifts Cards and credits issued in the form of a gift card resulting from a failed booking are non-refundable.
