Contact passengers during a Booking request
Option 1: Continue to use the Wingly messenger.
In the early stages of the booking, this work great as its within the system meaning we can assist with any difficult requests and ultimately it is safe and secure.
Option 2: Contact via phone call, message or Whatsapp
This works great when you need a quick answer or you are away from your email and want to arrange meetup and make contact with the passenger at the airfield.
If we have reason to believe that you are attempting to bypass our platform by contacting the passengers and arranging payments directly, your account may be suspended. We value your business and hope to not jeopardise our working together in a productive and professional manner.
If you have any questions, you can contact us directly at
tower@wingly.io or by phone on +447708405306. We are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30.
