Contact passengers of a Booked flight
There are a number of ways to contact the passenger during a booking request.
Option 1: Continue to use the Wingly messenger.
In the early stages of the booking, this work great as its within the system meaning we can assist with any difficult requests and ultimately it is safe and secure.
Option 2: Contact via phone call, message or Whatsapp
This works great when you need a quick answer or you are away from your email and want to arrange meetup and make contact with the passenger at the airfield.
