Create availabilities for your flights

Create availabilities for your flights

Please note that you must have created flights before you can create availabilities for your flights.

Step 1 - Open calendar

Log in to our platform and go to "Cockpit" in the top right-hand corner and then to "Calendar". You will now see a monthly overview on the left-hand side.

Step 2 - Create availabilities

Now click on "Create availabilities" on the right. Now a window opens with your confirmed flights. Now select the flights for which you want to create an availability. Now click on "Continue". You now have two different types of availability - weekly, i.e. recurring, and one-time, i.e. the flight will only be bookable once on a certain date.

Let's walk through both scenarios:
1. single date: select the date on which the flight should be bookable and then select the time slot in which the flight fits best for you - all day, if you have the whole day.
2. weekly: Here you first set the date from which the flight should be generally available and then select the days of the week on which you would like to operate this flight. Blue marking means that the weekday is selected. Now select a time window and confirm your entries with "Create availabilities".

You will now see a small blue circle under the selected dates, which means that there are flights bookable by you for that day.

What does the "Overlap detected" display mean?
If you offer the same flight several times a day, you will get a warning that the flight cannot be offered several times at the same time. In this case, please adjust the calendar or delete availabilities again.
In the next article you will learn how to edit or delete availabilities.
If you have any questions, please write to us at tower@wingly.io or by phone on +447708405306. We are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30.
