Decline a Booking request

Decline a Booking request

Passengers make reservation requests and not actual reservations. Indeed, you must always respond within 48 hours of receiving a request. After this time, the reservation request automatically expires, passengers are fully reimbursed and your listing on Wingly may be affected.

How to refuse a booking request:

Step 1. Open the booking request the usual way.
Step 2. Select "Refuse" and supply explanation.

In the case of a refusal of a reservation request, passengers are fully reimbursed through a gift card system that can be used on all flights on the platform. Find out more about reimbursement terms
The pilots on Wingly have no obligation of result and must obviously feel no pressure to accept a reservation request. The platform has been designed to facilitate the cancellation and postponement of flights in order to promote a culture of safety.
If you have any questions, you can contact us directly at tower@wingly.io or by phone on +447708405306. We are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30.
