Edit your flight availabilities

Edit your flight availabilities

Please note that you must have created availabilities before you can edit them.

Step 1 - Open calendar

Log in with your profile, go to "Cockpit" at the top right and now to "Calendar".

Step 2 - Edit availabilities

First click on the date on which you want to change your availability. You can recognise these dates by the blue circle under the number on the left. Now select the flight for which you want to edit the availabilities. At the bottom right you will see the button "Delete availability".

Scenario 1 - Single Date Flight

If the flight is only available once, the flight will no longer be bookable after a short confirmation from your side.

Scenario 2 - Remove Individual Recurring Flights

If the flight is bookable over a certain period of time, you now have the option of either deleting the flight for the selected date only or deleting the all availabilities completely for this flight.

Scenario 3 - Bulk delete Flight

Bulk Delete is a feature to delete all listed availabilities between two selected dates. Your booked flights between these dates won’t be affected.
