Redeem a gift card on your account
Once you have received the voucher code that was sent to you or that was given to you either by email or mail please create an account, and follow the process below to redeem it:
1. In the "My gift cards" tab, click on "Redeem a gift card", enter your 24 digit code in the text box and click on "Redeem gift card".
2. You will then see your newly added gift card and the following information:
- The value of the gift card
- Its expiration date
- The remaining amount
- The “extend validity” button
If you receive an error message when registering your gift card, please contact us by email with the voucher code in question. We will then be able to carry out a few checks and take the necessary steps so that you can use it.
