Redeem or release a gift card

After receiving your gift card code via email or post, you can register it in your account as follows:

1. Go to the "My gift cards" tab in your Wingly account.
2. Click on "Redeem a gift card".
   
3. Enter your 24-digit code in the designated field and click "Redeem gift card".
   

Once your gift card is registered, you can view the following information:

1. The value of the gift card.
   
2. The expiration date.
   
3. A button to extend the validity of the gift card or remove it from the profile (if applicable).

If you receive an error message when registering your gift card, please contact us with the gift card code in question. We will then be able to carry out a few checks and take the necessary steps so that you can use it.

Please note that you should only add a gift card if you intend to use it yourself.

If the gift card is intended for someone else and is already added to your profile, you can release it. This is only possible if the gift card has a full balance and is valid.

      1. To do so, go to “My gift cards” in your profile.

      2. Click on the three dots and select “Release gift card”.

      3. Click on "Confirm".
