Redeem a gift card on your account

Once you have received your gift card code, either by e-mail or by post, please follow the steps below to register it in your account.

Steps to register your gift card

1. Go to the “My gift cards” tab in your Wingly account
   
2. Click on “Redeem a gift card"
   
3. Enter your 24-character code in the field provided, then click on “Redeem gift card”.

Information available after registration

​Once your gift card has been registered, you'll see the following information in your personal space:

1. The value of the gift card
   
2. Expiry date 
   
3. A button allowing you to extend the validity of the gift card if your voucher allows it.
   

If you receive an error message when registering your gift card, please contact us by email with the voucher code in question. We will then be able to carry out a few checks and take the necessary steps so that you can use it.
