Get a refund for my gift card

Gift card refunds can only be made for unused cards purchased directly on the Wingly website within 14 days of purchase.
The refund will be made directly to the payment method used by the purchaser of the gift card (credit card, Paypal) and will arrive within 3-5 working days depending on bank delays.
No refunds will be made for gift cards that have expired or have already been extended.

Please note that a gift card cannot be refunded if it has already been partially used to pay for a reservation. 
The remaining balance may, however, be used for a future booking during the period of validity of the gift card.

To get your refund, simply go to the "My gift card" tab in your Wingly account and click on "Cancel order" as shown below: 

If your flight has been cancelled and you had used a gift card as a method of payment at the time of booking, this gift card will then be automatically recredited and extended, allowing you to use it again for a new booking.

Gift cards that were created due to a cancellation of your flight, paid via Paypal or credit card can only be refunded within 14 days after the cancellation of your flight. Click here for further explanations on how to ask for a refund of these gift cards. 

Gift cards purchased on partner sites are not refundable.
