Gift Card Refund Policy
Gift cards purchased directly through our platform, as well as those issued following a failed booking request or a flight cancellation, are non-refundable.

Gift Card Validity
Gift cards are initially valid for one year from the date of issuance.You can extend their validity by an additional 6 months at any time during the validity period. This extension can be processed directly through your account, once the gift card has been registered. There is no limit to the number of extensions you can request. This means that, if desired, your gift cards can remain valid indefinitely, giving you total flexibility in choosing the ideal flight.

Using Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used to book any of the flights available on our platform. Whether you want to explore new horizons or simply enjoy a unique flying experience, they provide access to a wide range of options.
