Validate your ID on your account
Trust is a key element of the Wingly platform. To increase trust and transparency, we encourage you to upload your Passport or ID card. This additional step can help, making it more likely that the pilots will respond quickly and positively to your booking requests.
Steps to validate your ID:
1. Prepare your document:
- Make sure to take a clear photo of your ID (scans are not accepted), ensuring all information is visible, without any reflections, and with the borders and corners fully captured.
2. Go to your Wingly account:
- Go to the "Account" section
- Click on "Personal information".
3. Complete the identity verification :
- In the "Identity verification" section, click on "Verify identity"
- Fill in the information requested. If you have already added this information to your profile, it will be automatically added. Make sure that it corresponds exactly to the information on your document.
4. Submit your document:
- Upload your ID in JPEG or PNG format only.
- Click on "Send" to send your document for validation.
5. Once your document has been validated, you'll receive an e-mail confirming that it has been submitted.
