Validate your ID on your account

You can validate your ID card or passport directly on your Wingly account.

This can increase your chances of having your flight accepted, and lets pilots know who they'll be flying with.


To validate your ID:


1. Make sure you have a photo, or scan, that shows all the information on the document clearly and without obstruction.

Also make sure that the image is of good quality (sharp and without glare) and that the edges and corners of the document are visible. 

2. Go to the "Dashboard" section of your Wingly account and click on "U a copy of your ID".





3. Then scroll down to the "Identity verification" section, click on "Verify my identity" and fill in the requested information.



If you've already saved this information on your profile, it will be added automatically. Make sure, however, that this information matches the information on your ID card.

 

4. Add your document file(s) and submit them for validation. 

Please note that only JPEG and PNG formats are supported.



5. Once your document has been validated, you'll receive an e-mail confirming that it has been submitted.
