Book and pay for a flight

It’s simple and straightforward to make a booking on Wingly. 

1. Choose the location for the flight you would like to experience and select the flight you would like to book and then choose the following: 


  • The preferred date and timeslot for the flight**

  • The number of passengers coming onboard you would like to book


** The timeslots work as follows: Daytime 8am-8pm, Morning 8am-12pm, Afternoon 12-4pm, Evening 4pm - 8pm, Night time: 8pm+



2. In the checkout page, fill in the information about the flight date and passengers and write a message to the pilot if you have any questions



The time chosen is not necessarily the time at which the flight will take place, but rather an ideal time communicated to the pilot.
The final time will be chosen by the pilot, according to his availability and that of the aircraft at his flying club.
Alternative dates correspond to other availabilities that the pilot can accept in the event of not being available on the date initially requested.
A verified phone number is required to complete your booking request.

3. Proceed with the payment with a credit or debit card, PayPal or with a gift card

If your gift card is already redeemed in your Wingly account, it will be automatically applied at checkout.
If your gift card covers the full price of the flight, you will need to click on "Pay 0£" to confirm your booking request.

 


If an error message is displayed when adding your gift voucher, this may be due to the fact that you have a voucher created as a result of a gesture or that the voucher is already registered on another account.

4. Once the booking has been paid for, the pilot will have 48 hours to confirm the proposed flight, suggest another date or decline if they are not available.
