Contact the pilot once the booking has been confirmed

Contact the pilot once the booking has been confirmed

Once a flight has been booked and confirmed by the pilot, their phone number will become available to you.

We always recommend keeping a steady flow of contact with the pilot before the flight to ensure that you are aware of all of the procedures and so that your day can go as smoothly as possible!

Here are the steps of how to find the contact details of the pilot from the moment the booking is confirmed:

1. Click on 'My bookings' and select your upcoming booking.

The contact details will be visible in the pilot information section of the selected booking, which will include:

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Wingly Messenger, which you can access by clicking on the “Contact” button.

Please note that the phone number and email will only appear if the flight has been accepted by the pilot.
If you would like any further information or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly at . We will be happy to assist you from Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
