How do I improve my passenger profile?

How do I improve my passenger profile?

How and why create an account on Wingly?

Creating an account on Wingly only takes a few seconds and is necessary to get in contact with our pilots and book flights.

You simply sign up with your email address or your Facebook account. Enter your name and a password and you’re set to go!

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll invite you to fully complete your profile by adding a photo, a short biography as well as a copy of an identity document.

Why as a passenger must I complete my profile by adding a photo, a biography and copy of an identity document?

Trust is the foundation on which the Wingly community rests, passengers and pilots alike!

Providing information about yourself helps build trust within the Wingly community and allows pilots to know a little more about the people they are about to take off with!

We therefore suggest to attach the following to your passenger account:

  • a profile picture;

  • your ID;

  • a description of your profile indicating why you want to share a flight, your hobbies and a few lines about your personality.

This way, you will have a complete and verified profile and you will increase your chances of receiving a positive response from Wingly pilots who attach great importance to passenger profiles.

If you have any problems, we encourage you to contact us directly at hello@wingly.io or by phone on +44 1905 57 0566. We are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30 (GMT). Outside of these hours, a member of our team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
