2. Load the aircraft correctly: Distribute the weight of the passengers and cargo evenly throughout the aircraft. Avoid placing heavy items in the front or rear of the aircraft, which can affect the aircraft's balance and stability.
   
   
3. Adjust fuel levels: Fuel levels should be managed to maintain the aircraft's center of gravity within acceptable limits. Ensure that the fuel load is evenly distributed, and avoid overloading fuel in one tank.
   
   
4. Make adjustments for passengers and cargo: Make adjustments to the seating or cargo location to ensure that the aircraft's center of gravity falls within acceptable limits. This may involve re-arranging seating or moving cargo to different locations in the aircraft.
