How do I reschedule a flight after I have already accepted and confirmed it?
If you need to reschedule a flight after you have already a booking request, you can do it through the flight management page. It's best you discuss the new date first with the passenger before rescheduling on the website to confirm a new date and time that works for you both.
To reschedule a flight follow these steps:
1. Click Cockpit and then flight management. Here you will see the booked flight.
2. Click on the booked flight that you want to reschedule
3. On this page you will see the options to manage this flight including the option to reschedule
4. Click on Reschedule and now you can choose a new date and time. Select a reason for rescheduling and you can edit the message to the passenger. Once done, press the Reschedule flight button. This will reschedule the flight to the new date and send the passenger your message.
