How do I verify my passenger account?

How do I verify my passenger account?

When creating your Wingly account, you will be asked to upload proof of identity. This is so that your account can become fully verified and so that pilots are more inclined to accept your bookings as you are a verified passenger.

You'll find a step-by-step guide on how to upload your documents here:

  1. When you have logged in, you will be taken directly to this page where, if you aren't already verified, you will be asked to verify your account with some proof of identity.

  2. You will then be taken through to this page where you will click on 'Add ID'.

  3. From here, you can then choose whether you would like to upload your passport or driver's licence. Please note, if you are looking to upload your driver's licence you will need to upload an image of the front and the back of the document.

  4. You will then be asked to verify your full name and date of birth.

  5. At this step, you will be able to add your files (pdf, jpeg, etc). Click save to upload your documents.

  6. Finally, you'll be taken to this page. From here, the system will take 24 hours to verify your documents. If your documents are refused, please contact us at and we'll be happy to help.

If you would like any further information or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly at or by phone at +44 7782 358860 . We will be happy to assist you from Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
