Premium Gift Card delivery time

If you choose the "Premium gift card" option when ordering your gift card, you will immediately receive the digital version of your gift card by e-mail and a printed version will be sent to you by post within 3 to 10 working days. 

If you still haven't received your gift card after this period, please contact us by e-mail. 
We can then contact our service provider to check the delivery status of your order.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have made a mistake when placing your order, or if the gift card sent to you contains an error.
