How to contact a pilot before booking?

How to contact a pilot before booking?

There is a very simple way to contact a pilot directly before making a booking.

To do this, on a flight page, scroll down to the Flight proposed by "the pilot" section, then click on the "Contact " button.

This will take you to the Wingly messaging system where you can chat with the pilot and ask any questions you may have.

Once your booking request has been made and validated by the pilot, you and the pilot will receive each other's contact details so that you can plan the details of the flight.

This will also enable the pilot to keep you up to date with the weather in the days leading up to the flight and, if necessary, allow you to get in touch easily on the day of the flight.

If you encounter any difficulties or have any questions, please contact us directly at hello@wingly.io
