Contact a pilot before booking
If you have any questions before your booking, you can contact the pilot directly.
Here is how:
Go to the page of the flight you are interested in.
Scroll down to the "Meet your pilot..." section.
Click on the "Contact" button.
This will allow you to send a message directly to the pilot via our instant messaging system. Once the message has been sent, you can follow the conversation in the "Messages" section of your account. You'll be able to discuss the pilot's availability, or any customization of the flight (duration, route, price).
Once you have made your booking and the pilot has confirmed it, you and the pilot will have access to your personal details to finalise the details of the flight. This will also enable you to receive information on the weather in the days leading up to your flight, as well as confirmation that it will take place.
