Inform Wingly that my flight did not take place

If you have received an e-mail confirming that your flight has taken place but this is not the case, please follow the steps below:  


1. Go to the "My bookings" tab in your Wingly account and click on the booking you wish to dispute. 




2. Click on "The flight did not happen". 



3. Having indicated that the flight did not take place, a dispute will then be opened and processed by our teams.

We will then get back to you to keep you informed of the outcome.
