Managing your personal information

Please remember that you must first register on our platform before you can complete your personal information.
Register on our platform and go to your name in the top right corner. Now select "Account". Scroll down and select "Personal details".
You will now be taken to the overview of your personal details.
Step 2 - Complete your personal details
Now upload a profile picture, select your title, enter your date of birth and write a few words about yourself.
Step 3 - Upload identity verification
Here we need proof of your identity for verification purposes. This can be your driving licence, passport or identity card. Our payment provider mangopay will then verify this. Please make sure you upload a legible copy.
Step 4 - Verify email address
We will send you a confirmation email to verify your email address. Please also check your spam folder if necessary.
Step 5 - Select language and save your entries
Now you can choose your preferred language for using the platform. Finally, save your entries.
