My booking was refused but I was still charged, when will I get my money back?

We are sorry to hear that your flight was refused: light aviation is subject to many constraints such as weather, aircraft availability, and aircraft mechanical inputs. 

In the case of booking refusal, you will of course be refunded to the method of payment:
  1. If you paid by Credit card or Paypal, you will be refunded automatically within 48 hours
  2. If you paid by Gift Card, the Gift Card will automatically be re-credited with the full amount so that you can rebook another flight of your choice. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Relations Team if you have any flight related queries- we are happy to help!
Please note that pilots on our platform are not Wingly employees, they are private pilots who fly for pleasure on their own free time in order to share the experience and to share the magic of flying.
