My booking was refused but I was still charged, when will I get my money back?

We are sorry to hear that your flight was refused: light aviation is subject to many constraints such as weather,
aircraft availability, and aircraft mechanical inputs.

In the case of booking refusal, you will of course be refunded to the method of payment:

  • If you pay by gift card, it will be recredited and extended for one year.

  • If you pay by Paypal or credit card and Sofort, a new gift card will be created, which will have the value of your initial payment,
so that you can make a new booking immediately. You can view and manage your new gift card in your profile under "Gift cards".

  • If you pay partly by gift card and Paypal or credit card, the respective means of payment will be reaccredited as a gift card and
both gift cards can be used simultaneously in the new booking.

Please note that pilots on our platform are not Wingly employees, they are private pilots who fly for pleasure on their
own free time in order to share the experience and to share the magic of flying.

If you would like any further information or if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us directly at hello@wingly.io.
We will be happy to assist you from Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
