How to inform Wingly that my flight didn’t take place?
If you have received a notification of a flight being completed, and this was not the case, please follow the steps below:
On the main page, go to the “My bookings” section.

Click on the booking which you wish to dispute the completion.

Click on “The flight did not happen”.

The flight will be marked as “disputed”, as you have now indicated that it has not taken place. Wingly will investigate with the pilot and let you know the outcome.
