My flight did not take place, what should I do?
If the pilot has told you that the flight will not take place via the messaging feature, by text or over the phone, please check that the pilot has also cancelled the flight on the website. In this case, you receive an email informing you of the cancellation of the flight. Should this not happen, ask the pilot to cancel the flight through Wingly’s pilot management system. A refund can only be processed if this process has been completed. If the pilot does not do this, you will receive an email some time after the date of the scheduled flight asking you to rate your pilot. You will have the possibility through replying to this email to inform us that a flight has not taken place.
