My gift card won't work, could you help?

My gift card won't work, could you help?

If the code on your gift card does not seem to be taken into account by our system, it is possible that your gift card has expired.

In the case of a gift card purchased directly on our website and the expiry date is less than one year ago, it is then possible to request an extension of validity, by providing us with the 24-digit code of the gift card as well as the email address used at the time of purchase.

We will answer your request as soon as possible and we will add one year of validity from the initial expiry date to allow you to enjoy the magic of a flight alongside our passionate pilots!

Please note that a gift card purchased through a partner site is not extendable.
P.S. When entering the code of your gift card for payment, please make sure that it is a 24 character capital code-mixing letters and numbers. Be careful not to confuse a zero with the letter 'O'.

If you would like any further information or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly at hello@wingly.io or by phone at +44 7782 358860 . We will be happy to assist you from Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
