My pilot has offered a new date to my booking, what do I do?
If your pilot has offered a new date for your flight, you can choose to accept or refuse this request by doing the following:
On the main page, go to the “My bookings” section.

Click on the booking you wish to check the new date offer for, in the “Pending booking request section”, and click “View request”.

Click on “Respond to the new dates offer”

Select the new date you wish to accept by clicking “Accept”, or click on “Refuse” to refuse the new dates offered.

Please note that you will have 48 hours to Accept or Refuse the new date, as if this action is not done, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
If accepted, your flight will be confirmed to the new offered date, if it is refused, then the request will be cancelled.
