Pilot information management

Please remember that you must first register on our platform and complete your personal information before you can upload your licence, medical and logbook.

Step 1 - Access your pilot information

Log in to our platform and select "Account" in the top right-hand corner. Now scroll down and go to "Pilot information".



Step 2 - Upload medical and licence

Medical and licence will be verified by our team. 
Select "Add Licence" and specify the type of licence you have. Add an expiry date and select "Next". Now upload the front and back of your licence. Confirm your entries by clicking "Submit verification request". 
Proceed in the same way with the medical: Select "Add medical" and enter the expiry date. Now go to "Next" and upload the front and back of your medical. Confirm your entries with "Submit verification request." 



Step 3 - Fill in missing information

Here you can simply fill in the fields from top to bottom. Add your flight hours, ratings if applicable and your home base. Save all the data you have entered.
