[PRO] Accept a booking request

Passengers make booking requests and not actual booking. Indeed, you must always respond within 48 hours of receiving a request. After this time, the booking request automatically expires, passengers are fully reimbursed and your listing on Wingly may be affected.
When receiving a booking request, you have three options:
- Accept the booking request on the passengers' preferred date or on an alternative date provided
- Refuse the booking request
- Suggest other dates
Here is the procedure for accepting a booking request:
Important information:
- You have access to the passenger's personal details if you wish to exchange more easily before making a decision on the booking request.
- You have access to the ideal take-off time provided by the passenger during the request, however you are free to modify this time according to the conditions of the day: machine availability, personal availability, weather forecast, etc. However, the time must be within the time slot selected by the passenger.
- You also have the option of accepting the booking request on an alternative date provided by the passenger when making the booking request.
- During the booking request, we made a pre-authorization on the passenger's bank account and in case of acceptance we debit the money in order to put it on hold in a secure account until confirmation of the completion of the flight. . In the event of cancellation we fully reimburse the passengers and in the event of confirmation of the flight, we will transfer the money to you.
