[PRO] Access passenger details for a booked flight

As a reminder, the personal details of the person who made the booking will be communicated as soon as the booking request is made in order to facilitate exchanges and the organization of the flight.

If you want to chat with passengers on a booked flight, you have two options:
  1. Exchange directly through Wingly internal messaging
  2. Chat directly using personal contact information
Here is the procedure to access the personal details of the passenger of a booked flight :



For simplified exchanges and quick returns, we advise you to always prefer contact by telephone: text or call. Indeed, the responsiveness of passengers is surely higher on the phone than from Wingly messaging.
As a reminder, any attempt to circumvent the platform in order to go live with passengers and a violation of our T&Cs and will result in the permanent deletion of your pro account. By going outside our system, you undermine the system as we are trying to build it and you lose all payment guarantees.
