[PRO] Refuse a booking request

Passengers make booking requests and not actual booking. Indeed, you must always respond within 48 hours of receiving a request. After this time, the booking request automatically expires, passengers are fully reimbursed and your listing on Wingly may be affected. 

When receiving a booking request, you have three options:
  1. Accept the booking request on the passengers' preferred date or on an alternative date provided
  2. Refuse the booking request
  3. Suggest other dates to the passengers
Here is the procedure for refusing a booking request:
  1. If you are unable to offer other dates to passengers or the weight and balance estimate does not allow the flight to be carried out, you just have to refuse the booking request, explaining the reasons to the passengers.


In the case of a refusal of a booking request, passengers are fully reimbursed within 48 hours directly on the means of payment used during the booking request (Credit Card, Paypal, Gift Card)
The pilots on Wingly have no obligation of result and must obviously feel no pressure to accept a booking request. The platform has been designed to facilitate the cancellation and postponement of flights in order to promote a culture of safety.
