Refunds: debit and credit card and PayPal

  1. Refund via credit and debit cards 

If the pilot has not yet accepted your booking, Wingly has only pre-authorized the amount paid for the flight. This means that the amount is reserved for Wingly, but not debited from your account. If the booking is not accepted by the pilot, Wingly releases the pre-authorized amount back to the account from which it was paid. 

If the booking has been accepted by the pilot, the refund will be made within 48 hours. The full amount will be credited to your account.

  1. PayPal Refunds

The refund via PayPal is immediate. The full amount will be credited to your PayPal account as "PayPal credit". Please note that the money will then NOT be in your bank account.
