Transfer a Booked flight to a pilot of your choice

Transfer a Booked flight to a pilot of your choice

You have a booked flight with passengers, but unfortunately, you are no longer able to conduct it and wish to transfer this flight to another Wingly pilot that is available?

This is possible under certain conditions:

  • Notify the passengers and ensure their agreement for a change of pilot

  • Ensure that the replacement pilot is available at the desired time slot, as well as the aircraft that will be used

  • Ensure that the pricing of the aircraft used by the second pilot corresponds to the pricing of the one initially planned. Indeed, in the case of a transfer, the received money corresponds to the prorated amount calculated on the initially planned aircraft.

If all these conditions are met, then a transfer of the flight is possible!

There is currently no functionality on our platform to transfer your flights to another Wingly pilot yourself. However, you can send us your request by email at tower@wingly.io or by message at +447708405306. We will take care of transferring the flight to the new pilot's account.

In your request, please provide us with the following information:

  1. The title of the concerned flight as well as the names of the passengers
  2. The name and email address of the new pilot
  3. The registration of the aircraft that will be used
  4. The date and time of the flight in case of modification

If you have any questions, you can contact us directly at tower@wingly.io or by phone on +447708405306. We are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30.
