Trigger payment for a completed flight

Trigger payment for a completed flight

In order for a transfer to be made, you must first have entered your banking information in the settings of your pilot account and have obtained verification of an identity document.

Once a flight is completed, it is your responsibility to initiate the transfer of the passenger cost share to your bank account. This action is only possible when the flight date is in the past.

Here is the procedure to follow to trigger the transfer of a completed flight:

Once the transfer has been requested, the status of the flight changes to "In verification" and passengers have 48 hours to contest the completion of the flight. If no dispute is made within this period, the transfer is then triggered by our financial partner Mangopay. This can take up to 3 business days. From then on, between the transfer request and the reception it can take up to 5 working days.

If a passenger dispute is made, the transfer is put on hold and you will be quickly contacted by our teams to study the situation.
Requesting the transfer for an uncompleted flight is a violation of our terms and conditions and may result in the permanent deletion of your pilot account.
If you have any questions, you can contact us directly at tower@wingly.io or by phone on +447708405306. We are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30.
