What if my passenger doesn't show up on the day?

It is extremely unlikely that a passenger won't show up on the day of the flight as passengers are required to make payment during the booking process. Wingly hold this payment until the flight is completed.

In the very unlikely event that a passenger doesn't show up on the day of the flight, here is what will happen:

1. If the flight goes ahead with other Wingly passengers (for example if you have two bookings on one flight) then payment is still taken from the no show passenger. 

2. If you do not fly as the booked passengers do not show up and you are then required to pay a cancellation fee, Wingly will pay this amount to you from what the passenger has already paid. Please make sure that you save the invoice as we will require it to determine the correct amount to pay to you. 

In any case, we will get in contact with the passenger to find out what happened and if needed, take action to prevent them doing this in the future. 

If a passenger does not show up to your booked flight, please make sure to inform us and do not mark the flight as happened
