Where do I meet the pilot on the day of the flight?

When booking a flight, the meeting point will be shown on the flight page.

In addition, you will also have the pilot's phone number to keep in touch with them and in case you get lost on the day. Once your booking is approved, it is a good idea to send your number to the pilot so you can maintain contact with him/her prior to the flight.

In the unlikely event that the pilot is not there 30 minutes after the meeting time without any warning of their absence or cancellation of the flight, you can send us a complaint to notify us that the flight did not take place so we may issue a full refund. Within 3 hours of the planned flight time, you will receive an email asking you to confirm if the flight happened or not. To notify us of the problem click the ‘No’ button, fill out the complaint form, send it back to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you would like any further information or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly at hello@wingly.io or by phone at +44 7782 358860 . We will be happy to assist you from Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
