Licenses accepted on Wingly
Under LAPL, PPL, CPL or ATPL (A&H) licenses, cost sharing or plane sharing is an activity that allows private pilots to share the direct costs of a flight without profit with passengers.
Therefore if you have one or more of these licenses accompanied by an up-to-date qualification, a valid class 2 medical certificate and three take-offs and landings in the last three months, you have the possibility of becoming a Wingly pilot and sharing your flights on our platform.
A pilot may conduct cost-shared flights in accordance with the privileges of his pilot license and ratings. Therefore, pilots with an instrument rating (IR) can perform cost-shared flights under IFR. The same goes for night flying, mountain flying, aerobatics, twin-engine, single-engineā¦
