Tips for your booking

Tips for your booking

At Wingly, our pilots schedule their flights according to their own availability. This means that a pilot may not be available on your desired date or may need to cancel the flight for personal reasons. As a result, a flight cannot be guaranteed.

To increase your chances of a successful flight, here are some tips:

1. Complete your profile
To build trust, we recommend completing your profile with an ID and uploading a profile picture. This allows the pilot to see who they are flying with.

2. Contact the pilot before booking
A pilot's availability can vary for various reasons (personal matters, weather, aircraft maintenance, etc.). Therefore, it's a good idea to contact the pilot before booking to confirm availability and avoid surprises.

Info
If a pilot is not available, you can contact other pilots in your area or suggest an alternative route or destination, as many pilots are open to new ideas.

3. Book in advance
We recommend booking your flight at least 2 weeks in advance, as this gives the pilots time to check their availability and increases the chances of your flight happening.

IdeaIf you need any further information or have additional questions, please feel free to contact us directly at hello@wingly.io . Our support team is happy to assist you from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
