The different types of flights offered
Wingly is first and foremost an experience platform rather than a commercial airline. You will therefore find more sightseeing flights, excursions and one-way flights than cross-country flights.
Sightseeing flights allow you to discover the region of your choice from a new angle.
Here are the features of this option:
Departure and return: From the same airfield.
Flight duration: Varies according to the pilot's itinerary (generally 30 min, 45 min, 1h, or 2h).
Excursions are flights that include a stopover in the destination city, allowing for a break and the opportunity to explore.
This option allows you to:
Fly over a region and visit the city : A stop is planned to allow you to discover the destination city.
Return flight: You then take your return flight to the same departure airfield.
These flights simply take you from one city to another, just like a normal commercial flight. However, this only includes the outward flight, not the return.
4. Wingly Pro
Wingly Pro flights are operated by our Wingly business partners.
As Wingly pilots fly with small aircrafts, it may sometimes be possible that a flight has to be postponed due to bad weather conditions. Wingly flights are therefore not suitable as an alternative to scheduled flights operated by commercial airlines.
