What should I do if the duration indicated on Wingly is different from the actual duration of the flight?

When posting a flight, we encourage you to best estimate the total flight time in order to avoid additional costs at your expense. Remember to take into account the taxiing time as well as the expected wind when you decide on the duration of the flight that you want to post.
Flights published on Wingly must correspond to the billing model applied by your rental structure / flying club :
If the price of your flight is done on block time, you must apply the same system to Wingly when creating a flight, in other words, a flight publish on Wingly for an hour corresponds to 1h00 block time.
If taxiing time is invoiced in all of your flights, then this plan must be included in the hourly rental price of your aircraft and the time declared on Wingly must be the same as the flight time.
In case of discrepancy between the duration indicated on Wingly and the actual duration of the flight carried out, there are two scenarios :
If the difference is small, and corresponds to around ten minutes : no action is necessary.
If the difference is large because you had to cut your flight short or divert, we ask you to contact us directly by email at
tower@wingly.io or by telephone at +447708405306 in order for us to manually proceed with this. We request that you don't start making transactions with passengers before contacting us.

Please note that if you decide to extend the flight on your own initiative and not for flight security reasons, we cannot guarantee the payment of the additional charge generated for passengers. So we ask you, as much as is possible, to stick to the booking made in order to avoid any payment problem with the passengers' contribution.

If you have any questions, you can contact us directly at
tower@wingly.io or by phone on +447708405306. We are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30.
