Payment problems whilst booking

If you encounter a problem when paying for your booking by credit card, we recommend that you follow the steps below to try and resolve the problem:

Try paying via PayPal
  1. If payment by credit card fails, try paying via PayPalIf you don't have a PayPal account, you can create a guest account specifically for this payment.

Use Google Chrome
  1. We recommend that you use the Google Chrome browser for a better experience when paying on our platform.

Check country and currency settings
  1. Before finalizing your payment, please check that your country and currency settings are correctly selected.

3D Secure check
  1. If the problem persists, it may be due to a failed 3D Secure verification. In this case, please contact your bank for further information and to resolve the problem.
