Choose several dates when booking
When booking, you can provide alternative dates so the pilot can choose another one with you if needed. This makes it easier to find a suitable date.
Choose your alternative dates
Select your flight date and the desired time slot, as well as the number of passengers.
Click on "Continue to checkout".
Add the alternative dates on which you are also available to fly.
Once you've chosen your alternative dates, all you need to do is complete the passenger details and proceed to payment. You can pay by credit card, PayPal or gift card.
If the pilot selects one of the alternative dates you’ve proposed, you will be notified via email and through the Wingly messaging system. If this date does not work for you, you will have the opportunity to contact the pilot via the Wingly messaging system to arrange a new flight date. You'll find hereafter an article explaining how to contact a pilot once your booking request has been confirmed.
Wingly is not an airline, but a platform that connects private pilots with available seats with passengers wishing to discover the Earth from the sky, while sharing the cost of the flight.
Our ambition is to enable everyone to enjoy the joys of light aviation. However, light aviation is subject to constraints such as weather, aircraft availability and technical maintenance. These factors can sometimes lead to flight rescheduling or cancellations.
If you need any further information or have additional questions, please feel free to contact us directly at hello@wingly.io . Our support team is happy to assist you from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
