Choose several dates when booking

Choose several dates when booking

When you make a booking request, you have the option of proposing alternative dates. This allows you to indicate to your pilot other dates on which you are available for your flight.

Why suggest alternative dates?

If the pilot is not available on the date initially chosen, he can select another date from those proposed by you. This increases your chances of finding a slot that suits both the pilot and the aircraft's availability.

How to choose your alternative dates

  1. Select your flight date and the desired time slot, as well as the number of passengers.
  2. Click on “Proceed to payment”.
  3. Add the alternative dates on which you are also available to fly.

What happens if a pilot chooses one of your alternative dates?
If the pilot selects one of the dates you have proposed, you will receive an email to inform you.

Finalize your booking
Once you've chosen your alternative dates, all you need to do is complete the passenger details and proceed to payment. You can pay by credit card, PayPal or gift card

Wingly is not an airline, but a platform that connects private pilots with available seats with passengers wishing to discover the Earth from the sky, while sharing the cost of the flight.
Our ambition is to enable everyone to enjoy the joys of light aviation. However, light aviation is subject to constraints such as weather, aircraft availability and technical maintenance. These factors can sometimes lead to flight postponements or cancellations.
